Damaged items 

If You receive you item damaged please email with your order number what the damage is to the item and images of the damage we will need these images to then send to the delivery company without these images we can not claim for them 


if you are not happy with your products please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the items you may return your items but these need to be in new condtion we the tags attached and in its original packaging once we have received the item back we will inspect the item and issue your refund please note if the item isnt in its original packaging or the tags are not attached we cannot issue you with a refund ,we credit you by the original payment method please not this is the full cost of the items purchased and not any delivery costs


All costs to return the item to Gifts & More is down to you and not Gifts & More reasonability  

To ensure a smooth return before you return any items please email us with your order number name and address your reason for return and the details of the products please ensure all items are package securely and you have added your name and address on paper inside the return 

Please note the item is your responsibly until Gifts & More have received the item/items back instore 

Please ensure that you obtain the proof of postage and insure the package up to the value of its contents we take no reasonability for lost of damaged parcels 

incorrect items received  

We at Gifts & More check all items before they are sent to you but sometimes mistakes happen we apologise if you have receved the wrong item 

If you receive any item that is faulty from us please email with your order Details ,Name and Address please explain in the email what the fault is and if you require a replacement or a refund 

please note if you have removed the tags on the items we can not accept the item back as faulty so please check the item before removing any stickers or tags on any of the items you receive you have 28 days from receipt of the item to ensure this faulty item is back with us 

received a order thats not what you order 

please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order with your order details and what you receved 

Returning your item and postage cost 

If you return a item to us thats faulty we will refund you the postage cost you are reasonable for paying postage cost on your items if you are wanting a exchange of the item we will pay the postage back to you but this will only be done once if you want a exchange again you will need to cover the cost of postage there after 

when you are retuning items please ensure youa e using the correct packaging and wrapping we will take no resonibilty for any damage caused in transit due to fault of insucaniaction packaging 

all product/products must have there labeling and tags still attached
