Royal mail shipping

We ship your order within 1 -2 days of placing your order please bear in mind if you are ordering on a weekend or a bank holdiay this is not possible .

Store pick up, we will aim to arrange your collection within 24 hours of placing the order .

The delivery cost and timescales will depend on what you have ordered and the weight as all items are priced on weight and the delivery service you select on checkout .

The way to find out your shipping costs before you place your order with us is to add all the items to the basket go to checkout and this will tell you the cost of the shipping .

The delivery times are done once item has been dispatched from us not from the order date .

You must wait 15 working days from date of dispatch for delivery we will not be held responsible for delivery delays in the uk we at gifts and more will not be held liable for any loss or late delivery this is down to the delivery company themselves .

International Deliverys

You will have to wait 30 days for delivery, we at Gifts and more will not be held responsible  for any delays due to the postal system overseas, we will not be held responsible for any late or deliveries that do not arrive 

Any claims for missing parcels can take up to 30 days to chase up and claim back with the delivery company's.

Any customs or import charges is the resonibility of the recipient not Gifts and more.

Some of our products are restriced for sale to the uk only we will notify you asap if this occurs on your order 

all deliveries will be sent to the address you specify on your order, if no one is available on delivery of your products then a calling card should be left the couriers will either try and redelivery up to 3 times or for you to collect from the sorting offices please note once the courier has tried to delivery 3 times your items will be sent back to Gifts & more.

Missing parcels can take up to 30 days for a outcome from the delivery firm please note we take no reasonability for any items that are delivered late or are lost from no delivery.
